Monday weigh-in

It's been over a month, 2 and a half to be exact, since I last did my monday weigh-in. For the first month after the weigh-in I was very diligent going to the gym, but the next month and a half was a completely different story.

I really dreaded going back since I sort of knew that I had gained a ton of weight lately. Here's the report

Current Weight : 259.50 lbs.
Weight Lost : 1.25 lbs

I lost 1.25lbs since I last weighed in. Not much progress, sad to say. Well it's going to be a new year soon and I guess it goes back to being number 1 of my resolutions.
