I have given myself 2 years to finish writing my dissertation, which means me graduating in May 2008.

monday weigh-in

I've tried to get back into the habit of going to the gym or at least doing some form of exercise during the week. I have been able to make it every Monday which at least gives me one day in a week. Afterwards I then do my weigh-in.

Current weight : 255.5lbs
Weight lost : 3.5 lbs

At least I'm making some progress. It's slow, but at least it's headed in the right direction.
